Privacy Policy

The short version: forexIQ does not collect, store, or share your personal data. All your preferences are stored locally on your device or, if you choose, synced privately via your own iCloud account. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions — they may collect limited purchase and device data as described below.

6. In-App Purchases & RevenueCat

forexIQ offers optional in-app purchases (Pro Yearly subscription and Lifetime Pro) processed through Apple's App Store. All payment transactions are handled exclusively by Apple — we never see or store your payment card details, billing address, or any financial information.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription state, validate receipts, and handle entitlements across devices. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat may collect:

RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details. Their handling of this data is governed by RevenueCat's Privacy Policy. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

forexIQ uses the following third-party services. We do not control their data practices; please refer to each provider's privacy policy for details.

No analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs are used.

8. Data Security

All data stored by forexIQ resides on your device within the app's sandboxed storage, protected by the operating system's standard security mechanisms. iCloud-synced data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. Since we do not operate servers that store your personal data, the risk of a server-side data breach affecting you is not applicable.

9. Children's Privacy

forexIQ does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Since we collect no personal data at all, the app is safe for users of all ages. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in any way, please contact us at hello@gryf.in and we will promptly address it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. Since forexIQ does not collect personal data, most of these rights are not applicable in practice. However, we are committed to transparency:

11. Data Retention

Because all data is stored locally on your device, retention is entirely in your control. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. iCloud-synced Pro status data is retained in your iCloud account until you delete it from iCloud settings or contact Apple support.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — for example, through an in-app notice on the next app update. Continued use of forexIQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
